EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vidyawears, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason your expectations are not completely satisfied, we offer a 10-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are welcomed for a different size or an alternative piece of equal or higher value. We do not offer exchanges for items of lower value, as we believe the effort and artistry behind every order deserves to be honored. This helps us maintain a smooth and transparent exchange process while ensuring fairness across both the borders.

We are pleased to offer our international clients an exchange window of 15 days from the date of delivery. Kindly note that the return shipment must be initiated and arranged by the client, using a trusted and trackable courier service. A flat international shipping fee of INR 2,000 will be applicable for dispatching your exchanged item. This ensures timely and secure international delivery through our verified logistics partners.

To request an exchange, kindly reach out to us at info@vidyawears.com with your order details and preferred item. Upon approval, our team will provide guidance on next steps. Please note that returns sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted.

Once we have received your return, your exchange will be promptly processed within 3-7 working days.


RETURN POLICY


Each creation is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship and personalized attention. As our pieces are meticulously crafted and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order is confirmed. We encourage you to carefully consider your selections before finalizing your purchase.

DAMAGE AND DEFECTS

We take great pride in delivering impeccable quality. Each item undergoes a thorough quality check, including a detailed video inspection prior to dispatch to ensure it meets our exact standards.

If you receive a garment with a defect or damage, please notify us within 10 days of delivery. To assist with your claim, we kindly request that you to record a clear video while unboxing and showing the specific issue before returning the item. This helps us assess the concern accurately and expedites the resolution process.

Please note that if the damage or defect you report does not correspond with any issues visible in our pre-dispatch quality check video, the request may be declined. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the highest quality for all our clients.


EXCEPTIONS


Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is paramount. However, to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our handcrafted collections, the following conditions and items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Color Variations: Minor differences in shade or tone may occur due to natural dyeing processes, lighting during photography, or screen display settings, and are not considered defects.

Fabric Texture & Natural Imperfections: Variations in fabric texture, weave irregularities, or natural markings inherent to artisan materials are part of the unique character of each garment.

Wear, Washing, or Alterations: Items showing signs of wear, washing, dry cleaning, or any alterations will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

Missing Tags, Labels, or Original Packaging: All returns must include original tags and packaging to qualify.

Personalized or Custom Orders: Items customized or personalized for you, including bespoke tailoring or monogramming, cannot be returned.

Packaging Damage: Returns due to minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself will not be accepted.

REFUND POLICY

In the rare instance that a product is found to be genuinely damaged or defective, we request that you notify us within 10 days of delivery along with supporting photos or a video.

Once the damage is reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a reverse pickup as a gesture of goodwill. Upon receiving the returned item at our studio and completing a final quality verification, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.

We are committed to resolving such concerns with care and efficiency, and we appreciate your understanding as we maintain the highest standards in every experience we offer.
